Customer Guidelines (Do's & Don'ts)

Dear Customer,

Thank you for showing your interest in 🧹 MyHousekeeping.in. To ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery, we request you to kindly follow the below Do's and Don'ts. Your cooperation helps us serve you better. 

✅ DO's:

  1. Cooperate with our Professionals:
    Every house is unique. Please guide the assigned professional through your home on the first day so they understand the layout and cleaning priorities.
     

  2. Provide Basic Support:
    Please arrange a bucket, water, and cleaning cloth if required during service.
     

  3. Be Polite & Respectful:
    Treat our professionals with courtesy. Polite behavior ensures a healthy working environment for all.                                                                                                                                                                 

  4. Protect Valuables:
    Please safeguard personal belongings, cash, and expensive items before the cleaning begins. You may ask staff for their personal check of their belongings during each visit on entry and exit. Please be polite & respectful and perform check in an ethical manner.
     

  5. Alternate Cleaner in Case of Absence:
    In case of a professional’s leave, alternate cleaner will be arranged.
     

  6. Partial Dusting Service:
    We follow a rotational dusting system, where different sections of the home are cleaned each day to maintain overall cleanliness.
     

  7. Cleaning Material Responsibility:

    • Utensil cleaning liquid must be provided by the customer.

    • Floor cleaner will be provided by us once per month. If exhausted early, the customer should replenish it.                                                                                                                              

  8. Safety of Professionals:
    If toddlers, kids, or elderly people are around, please ensure they do not interfere with the work for everyone’s safety.

❌ DON'Ts:

  1. No Extra Work or Personal Favors :
    Please do not assign additional work or ask for any kind of personal favors beyond the allotted service plan.
     

  2. Don’t Force Over-Cleaning:
    Our professionals follow a time-bound service. Please don’t insist on cleaning multiple areas once the allocated time is over.
     

  3. Avoid Interruptions:
    Let the professionals complete their tasks without repeated instructions or distractions.
     

  4. No Harsh Behavior:
    Avoid using rude language or aggressive tone. Any misconduct may result in termination of service.
     

  5. Service Interruption Clause:
    Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in such cases.
